Location:
The house Waldstätten is located above the village center, in a very quiet location with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountain panorama. The originally designed as a hotel object is located at the end of a private road.

Room:
All rooms are completely renovated and rented newly furnished (on spring 2019). The bright rooms and the well-established furnishings create a pleasant ambience.

The pictures are sample photos of an already furnished room. The floor plan of all available objects can therefore vary a bit. The furnishing and materialization is the same for all rooms.

You are welcome to inform yourself on the homepage www.waldstätten.ch about the floor plans of the rooms.

Prices
The prices for a single or double room of around 20m² vary between CHF 620 .- / month - CHF 860 .- / month, depending on location, orientation (eg lake view) and additional areas such as balconies.

Parking spot:
If required, parking spaces can be rented for CHF 50.- / month.
