The beautiful apartment in the middle of nature on the homely farm has a beautiful living space of around 87m² with large and bright rooms and plenty of storage space. The living rooms are furnished with beautiful wooden floors, the kitchen, bathroom and the entrance are (still) in the traditional and rural Novilon.

After work, let your mind wander in the cozy garden seating area, or enjoy the pleasant rays of the sun in the morning. Or do you have a green thumb and want to manage some of the garden? A share of the garden can be agreed with the owner family at no additional cost. Cellar and storage room are shared.

There are two parking spaces available and the post bus in the direction of Stansstad and Bürgenstock stops every hour right in front of the front door and takes you to the train station in Stansstad in 20 minutes. Kindergarten and school are within a short walking distance in the village of Obbürgen. The city of Lucerne can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car and the A2 motorway is close by in Stans or Hergiswil in both directions, north-south.
