Domestic equipments:

• open, bright kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic glass and ceramic floor
• Bathroom with bath (1st floor)
• large bathroom with shower and wash tower (2nd floor)
• bright living room with ceramic floor
• light-filled rooms
• Entrance with large closet

Garage spaces can be rented.

Rent the apartment for at least 12 months and you will be issued a monthly rent. With at least 20 months of rental you will even be forgiven 2 rent. In addition, at the conclusion of the contract your cleaning of the old apartment will be taken over and a TV will be given to you.
