Quiet area, ideal with children as there is almost no traffic (no through traffic), kindergarten and primary school can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. High school is in Olten. Local recreation area with many hiking trails and bike routes in the immediate vicinity. The train station is only approx. 200 meters away from the property. Connection to Olten / Zurich every 1/2 hour
Gäuparkt can be reached within 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus.
In the village itself there is a people with a post office and a bakery
