This attic apartment welcomes you with a beautiful living room consisting of a dining table for 4 people and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and a TV to watch a movie with friends. Here, light streams in through the panoramic windows, which provide a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. In a separate room is the kitchen with everything you need to prepare lunch and dinner like at home!

There are two bedrooms, a romantic double and a single (a second pull-out single bed is also available upon request ), which makes the apartment perfect for families, but also for groups of friends who want to visit Ticino.

The apartment ends with a bathroom with a bathtub.
A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person . We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials.
Wifi is available to guests.
The apartment comes with a designated outdoor parking space next to the building.

Mandatory costs that are added to the total rent (available directly on our website pay):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 120 CHF
