In the attractive community Egnach we rent immediately a 2½ room attic apartment. The apartment is very spacious and very bright. Enjoy the evening on the large roof terrace or in the modern wellness oasis.

The residential area itself is in the countryside, which is very popular. The new building has a pond, which complements the development perfectly. There is also a gym and a beautiful wellness oasis with an adventure sauna, whirlpool, rain shower and a common room.

The interior of the 2 ½ room apartment used high quality materials:

• Fitted kitchen (white) with granite cover (black)
• Bath / WC

• Living room, bedroom, corridor and the other rooms are equipped with parquet
• separate washing machine and tumbler

In addition to the apartments with cellar compartments, we rent so-called discrete rooms. These can be used as a storage or craft room.

The underground car park offers enough space for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. The connection to the public transport is optimal: The bus station Mooswiesen is located directly at the residential development.

The apartment is available immediately or by appointment.
