Spacious 3.5 room apartment with open kitchen

In the attractive community of Egnach, we are renting out a 3½-room apartment on the 1st floor immediately or by appointment. The apartment is very spacious and also very bright.

The residential area itself is in the green, which is very popular. The new building has a pond, which complements the building perfectly. You can also benefit from a fitness area and a wonderful wellness oasis with adventure sauna, whirlpool, rain shower and a common room.

High-quality materials were used in the interior of the 3½ room apartment:

The underground car park offers enough space for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. A parking space can be rented for CHF 150. The connection to public transport is optimal: the Mooswiesen bus station is right next to the residential development.
