Student or single person, this furnished studio is made for you. With its quiet location, it is perfect for studying or resting after a hard day's work.

A 3-minute walk from the M1 "Malley" metro station, it is very easy to get to the University or EPFL in less than 10 minutes. For the city center, 5 minutes are enough.

For the quality of your accommodation:
- a main room including a bed, two tables, chairs, a small kitchen with a fridge and an electric cooker with 2 hotplates;
- a shower room-WC;
- a common laundry room.

Sheets and crockery are not provided.

The charges include hot water, heating and cable TV. Regarding electricity, the industrial services of the city of Lausanne will bill you for your consumption directly.

Internet access is of course possible, provided you take out a subscription with the operator of your choice.

Rental conditions:
- minimum 6 months rental;
- tacit renewal from month to month;
- termination 3 months in advance for the end of each month, except December.

Optional, on request: outdoor parking space at CHF 60.00/month or covered parking space at CHF 80.00/month depending on availability.
