Student or single person, this furnished studio is for you. With its quiet location, it is perfect for studying or resting after a hard day's work.

A 3 minute walk from the metro station M1 "Malley", it is very easy to get to the University or the EPFL in less than 10 minutes. For the city center, 5 minutes are enough.

For your comfort :
- a main room with a bed, two tables, chairs, a small kitchen with a fridge and an electric stove with 2 hotplates,
- a shower room-WC,
- shared laundry

Sheets and dishes are not provided.

Charges include hot water, heating and cable TV. Regarding electricity, the industrial services of the city of Lausanne will charge you for your consumption directly.

Access to the internet is of course possible, provided you subscribe to the operator of your choice.

Rental conditions:
- minimum 6 months rental,
- tacit renewal from month to month
- cancellation 3 months in advance for the
end of each month except December.

Optional, on request: outside parking space at CHF 60.00 or covered at CHF 80.00 depending on availability.
