The accommodation consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining area with table for 6-8 guests and fully equipped open kitchen (including glasses and crockery), large balcony with table and chairs, 1 office that can be used as a guest bedroom with foldable bed for 1 person, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 shower room/WC, 1 bedroom with double bed and “en suite” bathroom WC opening onto a second balcony, entrance hall and corridor with wardrobes.

The monthly rent is composed as follows:

Furnished 4.5 room apartment: CHF 3,000.-
1 outdoor parking space: CHF 100.-
Flat rate charges: CHF 400.-
TOTAL: 3,500.-

Cleaning fee invoiced upon signature of the lease for complete cleaning at the end of the rental: CHF 500.-
Linen rental: CHF 100.- (optional)
Rental guarantee: 2 months

Mandatory tenant liability insurance

The desired rental conditions are:
Lease for a minimum duration of 3 months, maximum 12 months.
