The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, work desks, and built-in wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space. The common area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a fully fitted kitchenette that has a glass ceramic stove, microwave with baking and grill function, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. This luxurious two bedroom apartment also has it's own balcony. For private clients one month's rent is required as deposit. As for corporate clients a letter of guarantee is sufficient.
