Bus number 75, which goes in the direction of Schönauring and Oerlikon Ost train station, stops in front of the development. The center and the Zurich-Seebach train station can be reached in about 10 minutes by bus.

Anyone traveling by car will appreciate the highway connection from Zurich-Seebach. Cyclists can follow the signposted cycle paths along the Chatzenbach or explore the city.

There are a few restaurants in the area. Shops, cafés, pharmacies, etc. are located at Zurich-Seebach train station.

The nearby forest invites you to enjoy extensive leisure activities such as jogging, walking or cycling.
