We rent a bright, friendly and modern room. The room was renovated in 2011, furnished and equipped with a parquet floor. Wi-Fi connection.
Each floor has 5 rooms and a shower / WC (shared use). On the ground floor there is a large (50 m2) living / dining kitchen with all the comforts, such as kitchen appliances, coffee maker, dishes, etc. and large screen TV. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.
The rooms are rented to students of the university, the ETH or a higher technical school. It must be submitted a study confirmation and a legitimacy card.
