In a well-frequented and well-connected location, we lease a long-standing, very well-established restaurant (Gasthof Kreuz) in Gümmenen. The village is down to earth and rural, but compact very well connected with the Gasthof Kreuz. Here, the guests not only feel well catered, but hearty welcome every day.

The previous tenant runs the inn for over 20 years exemplary, perfect and with much heart and soul until the lease resolution on 30 June 2019. Then the tenant goes on age-old in the well-deserved retirement.

In addition to the ancillary and staff rooms, cellar, heating / ventilation room, lingerie and toilet facilities in the basement are on the ground floor a large, bright kitchen with cold storage, food storage, large cold storage for drinks, vegetables and fruits, lounge (40 seats), three Säli (each 20 seats) individually divisible and a garden terrace (40 seats) for use. Upstairs there is the hostel apartment (4½-room), five guest rooms with bath / WC and three guest rooms with shared WC / shower on the floor.

Outside there are 30 parking spaces available.
