New Vernets district
Resulting from one of Geneva's largest urban transformations, the Quai Vernets project (former Vernets barracks) aims to create a vibrant, sustainable district open to everyone, integrating a diversity of local activities.
To strengthen social cohesion and enliven public spaces, 20 commercial arcades ranging from 30 to 269 m² are available to project promoters in six activity sectors, between 2026 and 2027. Among these 20 arcades, 6 are still available!

Arcade B10.3
Arcade B10.3 is located in block B. Its entrance faces directly onto the neighbourhood square opposite the future school.
It has 111m² of usable space.
The annual rent per m² of usable area is CHF 150.
The arcade benefits from ventilation allowing for hot catering (oven, professional hotplates, etc.).
The possibility of installing a temporary or permanent terrace is not yet guaranteed due to noise limits planned in the district. Steps are being taken to negotiate this possibility.
Only one emergency exit is planned. The maximum capacity of the room is therefore 50 people.
