Located in the historic building of Renens train station, the restaurant area comprises a 137m2 room on the ground floor and an area on the 1st floor (see attached plans). The kitchen is located on the 1st floor and is connected to the ground floor by two dumbwaiters. A terrace on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor complete this property. A WC area (separate men's/women's) and showers is already fitted out on the 2nd floor of the building. Customer WCs are shared with other tenants in the building.

The area is already fitted out (kitchen ventilation, flooring, etc.) and represents a rare opportunity in train stations.

Ideally, we are looking for a single tenant for the entire area for a catering operation. In some cases, we could also accept applications for the restaurant area only. You will find attached the plans for the total area and for the restaurant area only, as well as photos of the ground floor and 1st floor area, the kitchen on the 1st floor, the dumbwaiters connecting the kitchen to the 1st floor room, and a photo of one of the two terraces.
