The rental conditions are as follows: (Weekly rental)


Rental price :
Low season Fr. 1'500.-/week
Mid season Fr. 1'900.-/week
High season Fr. 2'200.-/week


Participation in the cleaning: Fr. 100.- for the final cleaning

Deposit Fr. 1'000.- paid on arrival and refunded on departure subject to an inventory

Payment Terms :

- 20% deposit: upon booking (contract signature)
- 80%: 60 days before the arrival date

No cancellation possible, upon payment 60 days before.
