It consists of a private entrance, a garage, a living / dining room with sofa bed, a large open kitchen and fully equipped, 3 bedrooms (1x double and 2x with 2 single beds), a hall bathroom, a shower room, 2 separate toilets, a game room / TV. The chalet is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, Internet, sled, ...)

Summer :
July and August: CHF 2,500.-
May, June, September (excluding Open Golf *), October: CHF 2,000.-

Winter:
December, January, February, March and April (except Carnival *) CHF 3'600.-
* Week of the Open and Carnival CHF 3'200.

For season rate:

- Summer :
July and August: CHF 3820.- per month

- Out of season
May, June, September, October, November: CHF 3220.- per month

Winter:
December, January, February, March, April: CHF 4415.- per month

For the year :

Monthly rent: CHF 4000, - charges included except electricity and internet

All prices are inclusive of charges except final cleaning, linen and tourist taxes
