This traditional chalet dates from 1880. A luxuriously renovated haven of peace.

It is located at 1400 m above sea level, 7 minutes from the Morgins Ski Resort, 9 minutes from Chatel and not far from Champéry. These three stations are all part of the famous Franco-Swiss ski area of the Portes du Soleil-Avoriaz (650 km of slopes, 211 ski lifts).
The 1880 chalet is snow-covered almost certainly from the beginning of December to the beginning of April.
It is located opposite the Dents du Midi.
It was completely refurbished in 2019 with beautiful old materials (the entire interior is in old wood) and contemporary.
This romantic and warm chalet has a high level of comfort to accommodate 12 people.
It includes in particular 3 masters rooms and their adjoining bathrooms.
The chalet is well soundproofed and has quality bedding.
The environment is absolutely silent.
Rabbits, foxes and hinds will be your discreet neighbors.
It is ideal for spending a relaxing holiday with family or friends with maximum comfort.
The rental includes:
- all the sheets and their washing at the end of the stay
- the provision of two 4 x 4 Range-Rovers (5 and 7 places) for access from the main road in the event of excessive snowfall (snow driving experience required)
- about twenty pairs of skis, poles and ski boots
- wood for the fireplace
- wifi
- underfloor heating by heat pump throughout the chalet
- cleaning of the chalet at the end of the stay

- a large living space with open kitchen, dining room and living room. View of the mountains.
- a beautiful central fireplace visible from all parts of the living space.

- a master room with a double claw foot bathtub in the bedroom, plus an en-suite shower room and wc. View of the mountains.

On the 1st floor:
- two master rooms with adjoining bathrooms. View of the mountains.
- a playroom for children (which can be used in a single or double room because it has a sofa bed)
- a small cinema room with an excellent video projector dvd-blue ray player
- a spa including a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a shower, a relaxation area
- a shower room wc.
2nd floor:
- a dormitory 2 places under roof spaces
- a dormitory 4 places under roof spaces

Besides skiing, Morgins, Chatel and Champéry offer numerous complementary out-door and in-door sports activities (curling, swimming, in-door climbing, snowshoeing, yoga, cross-country skiing, ...)
