The building is located about 15 minutes walk from the main train station SBB Basel and is in the immediate vicinity of Tellplatzes with tram and bus.


From 1 April 2019 or by agreement, we will rent office space on the 5th floor with a total area of 263 m2. These are already developed as follows:

Walls: painted white
Cover: painted white

You are welcome to rent only part of the area.


With three passenger lifts, the 5th floor is easy to reach for your customers.


Toilet facilities are available for shared use on the floor.


We can also offer storage space for rent on the lower floors.


The adjoining parking garage, which is located in the lower floors, is public and can be used by short-term parkers as well as permanent tenants.
