GreenPlaces is a modern, modular and ecologically sustainable business park concept that allows local SMEs or start-ups to rent or buy commercial space on favorable terms.

At the Bösingen site, a total of 34 modular industrial and commercial buildings will be offered in two buildings, which can be connected to each other depending on space requirements.

Halls nos. 15 and 30 are located at the corners of the building. The corner halls have the advantage of additional daylight thanks to their position and the side-mounted windows.

Parking is sufficiently available.

The Freiburg community Bösingen is located between the cities of Bern, Freiburg and Murten.

Access
Each hall has its own sectional door (3.20mx 3.20m) and an additional service door. The access is silent.

road access
The community Bösingen is located about 20 minutes from Bern, Freiburg and Murten and is perfectly connected to the A12 thanks to the two motorway connections in Flamatt and Düdingen.

By public transport, the arrival via BLS station Laupen (S2) or Düdingen (S1) - connection by bus, line 121 to Bösingen village.
