We are making available a commercial arcade for temporary occupation in the center of the village of Anières, intended to host activities open to the public and contributing to the local dynamic.
Desired activities
We favor projects that:
• offer a local business or an activity open to the public;
• promote exchanges, conviviality, and encounters among residents;
• generate few nuisances for the neighborhood;
• complement the existing offer without directly competing with already established businesses (restaurants, hair salons, grocery stores, wine merchants, and galleries or art dealers).
Regional actors will be given preference, without excluding candidates from other backgrounds.
Terms of occupation
• Minimum duration: 1 month
• Renewal possible once
• Authorized opening hours: from 7 am to 9 pm
• Price: CHF 1'000.– per month, plus charges
• Preferential rate for associations
• Closure of the premises during the month of August
Return conditions
• An inventory upon entry is carried out on Monday morning at 9 am.
• An inventory upon exit is carried out on Monday afternoon.
• The complete restoration of the premises at the end of the occupation is mandatory.
