4 commercial arcades for rent

The Terra et Casa Foundation is looking for tenants for 4 commercial arcades in a new district in the heart of the Jardin des Nations. The Cité internationale du Grand Morillon, between the route de Ferney and the route des Morillons, will include:

• a residence for 700 students from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID)
• the world headquarters of Médecins sans frontières (MSF)
• 4 commercial arcades and 88 housing units for employees of International Geneva (Terra and Casa Foundation).

The three buildings will be put into operation from 2021. The clients have joined forces to create a common landscaping, harmonious and open to the public.
