New Vernets district
Stemming from one of Geneva's largest urban transformations, the Quai Vernets project (former Vernets barracks) aims to create a vibrant, sustainable, and open district for everyone, integrating a diversity of local activities.
To strengthen social cohesion and enliven public spaces, 20 commercial arcades ranging from 30 to 269 m² are made available to project holders in six activity sectors, between 2026 and 2027. Of these 20 arcades, 6 are still available!

Arcade B10.2
Arcade B10.2 is located in block B. Its entrance opens directly onto the neighborhood square opposite the University of Geneva. The back of the arcade is partly glazed and faces the heart of the block.
It has 57m² of usable area, extendable to 138m².
The rental price per m² of usable area per year is CHF 150.
