New Vernets district
Stemming from one of Geneva's largest urban transformations, the Quai Vernets project (former Vernets barracks) aims to create a vibrant, sustainable district open to everyone, integrating a diversity of local activities.
To strengthen social cohesion and enliven public spaces, 20 commercial arcades ranging from 30 to 269 m² are being made available to project developers in six activity sectors, between 2026 and 2027. Of these 20 arcades, 6 are still available!

Arcade B12.2
Arcade B12.2 is located in block B. Its entrance opens directly onto the small neighborhood square in front of the University of Geneva. The back of the arcade is partly glazed and faces the inner courtyard.
It has 93m² of usable space.
The rental price per m² of usable space per year is CHF 320.
