New Vernets district
Stemming from one of Geneva's largest urban transformations, the Quai Vernets project (former Vernets barracks) aims to create a vibrant, sustainable, and open district for everyone, integrating a diversity of local activities.
To strengthen social cohesion and animate public spaces, 20 commercial arcades ranging from 30 to 269 m² are made available to project owners in six activity sectors, between 2026 and 2027. Among these 20 arcades, 6 are still available!

Arcade B10.1
Arcade B10.1 is located in block B. Its entrance opens directly onto the neighborhood square opposite the University of Geneva. The back of the arcade is partly glazed and faces the inner courtyard.
It has 81m² of usable space.
The rental price per m² of usable space per year is CHF 150.
