The Rolliet project marks the launch of the urbanization of the vast Cherpines project, which ultimately plans the construction of approximately 1,000 housing units.

Intended to accommodate nearly 2,500 residents, this new district will offer a complete living environment, combining housing, professional activities, leisure spaces, health, education, shops and services.

Thanks to the presence of numerous sports and cultural facilities, dynamic ground floors and quality outdoor amenities, the district will stand out for its lively and diverse character, while benefiting from excellent connections with the center of Plan-les-Ouates and the entire canton (the "Rolliet" stop on tram 15 is right in front of the building).

Scheduled for completion in spring 2027, the building will offer a 370 m² arcade dedicated to hot food, with a terrace seating 50 and included in the price.
