The Fayards-Lac project is located at the entrance to Versoix, at the crossroads of the Route de Lausanne and the Route des Fayards, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Geneva.

Access to the A1 motorway (Geneva? Lausanne) is 5 minutes and Geneva International Airport 10 minutes. The Versoix CFF train station, notably served by the Léman Express, is a 10-minute walk away.

The advantageous location of the future buildings on the edge of the Lausanne road and the CFF railway line guarantees maximum visibility for future users.

The project involves the construction of two buildings (A and B) intended for industrial and craft activities, totaling a net rental area of 8,431 m2 (4,617 m2 already rented).

Located on the southern tip of the plot, building B will be spread over 3 above-ground levels and will offer a total net rental area of 536 m2. Located on the same level as the route de Lausanne, it will offer an arcade on the ground floor and areas on the 1st and 2nd floors which will have large openings.

With the benefit of an authorization to build in force, works will start no later than June 30, 2020 for delivery in the 1st quarter of 2022.
