The modular commercial boxes are suitable for a wide variety of uses. From beer brewers to Cross Fit to classic craftsmen, a wide variety of entrepreneurs have already found a place in the commercial boxes in the past. Do not hesitate to ask us about your use, it will be worth it.

The area of the boxes extends over 2 floors and the ceiling height is approx. 4m. The boxes are rented in the shell and all connections for electricity, EDP, supply and waste water are available. It is also possible to rent a box with heating for an additional charge.

The additional costs are around CHF 50 per month per box.

A sale of the individual commercial boxes is unfortunately not planned at this location. The only option is to rent the boxes.

The operation of car garages or hobby workshops is not permitted in this concept.
