This surface is composed as follows:
- Two beautiful display cases with two individual entrances,
- A large main room with a large window,
- A second separate/closed room with window (access possible from the street or from inside the main surface),
- A water source,
- A toilet in the common areas of the building.

The surface area is rented gross and is suitable for all commercial activities with the exception of hot catering.

A parking space is available at the rear of the premises and in addition to the price at CHF 170.00 per month.

Available from August 1, 2024 or to be agreed.
