- Application for registration duly completed, dated and signed
(to be downloaded from our website),
- Copy of your last 3 payslips,
- Original certificate from the prosecution office, less than 3 months old,
- Copy of your identity document (if Swiss nationality) or residence permit.

Files must be sent by post or deposited directly at our agency (no fax or email).

Only complete and correctly transmitted files will be taken into consideration.
