The southwest-facing house with the large double-glazed windows, which are equipped with automatic blinds, offers a magnificent view of the Upper Surselva. The outside facade consists of untreated lark slats. The construction consists, among other things, of a partially visible steel structure for the stabilization and seismic safety of the building. Among other things, unfired clay bricks were used in the exterior wall construction and a lime plaster was applied to the interior walls to ensure a balanced indoor climate. The ceilings are made of wood, the floor is covered with hardboard. The building was awarded the Bünder Holzbau Prize in 1999. When the building was constructed, a passage was created to the building attached to the north. There are additional offices and storage rooms that could be rented here.
