We are now renting two lockable, bright offices with parquet flooring (45m2). The offices can be rented in various variations. There is a double office with a forecourt including toilet or toilet and kitchen. The double office can be rented as a whole or shared with a group of tenants, with each tenant having a lockable office and sharing the kitchen and toilet/forecourt.
The net rent for the respective rooms is as follows according to the numbering on the floor plan:
