As soon as you arrive at the Chalet, you will immediately be seduced by its spaciousness and its absolutely grandiose view. Protected by the mountain to the north, completely open to the south, the Chalet has been renovated with noble materials and great taste. The Chalet includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, WC, sink, 1 WC, 1 technical laundry room and 1 cellar.
Built in 1953 on a plot of 1,636 m2, Chalet Les Rousserolles was completely renovated between 2020 and 2023: Sandblasting of the wooden facades and impregnation with a natural and colorless protective oil in 3 layers; repair of the roof and installation of 40 m2 of photovoltaic panels with individual battery; restoration of the rendering of the facades on the ground floor; replacement of 23 windows with triple-glazed PVC windows; complete insulation of the walls and roof by injection of a composition of glass wool and shale, installation of exterior floors, enlargement and change of larch handrails for the terraces, creation of a granite terrace of 100 m2 on the ground level, earthworks, drainage and resurfacing of the land, creation and installation of a kitchen shelter, hot/cold water sink amenities, plancha socket, creation and installation of a cover for 2 vehicles with socket for electric vehicle, replacement of tar and grassing of the plot. The Chalet is in a dominant position offering a grandiose view of the entire Alpine panorama with the Miroir d'Argentine to the West, the Grand Muveran to the South and the Dents du Midi to the East.
The Chalet has 3 floors for a total surface area of 150 m2: The Ground Floor, the 1st Floor and the 2nd Floor.
Ground: Single-storey entrance on south facade, hall and cloakroom; 1 Bedroom; 1 WC and Hand Washer; 1 Cellar, Workbench, Shelves and 1 Window; 1 Technical Room and Laundry Room including Miele Washer and Dryer, Sink, Water Heater, Inverter and Individual Photovoltaic Battery, Electrical Panel and 1 Window. The gas boiler and water heater were installed in 2020. All of the electricity in the chalet was replaced in 2020. The radiators were serviced and connected to the gas boiler in 2020. The entire production of energy, electricity, heating and connection is new.
