IMMINENT OPENING OF SITE

The project involves the transformation of an agricultural shed into 5 PPE housing units, while respecting the historic village heritage of the commune of Avusy. He has a force entry authorization.

The work aims to create a structural framework and new levels in the existing volume in order to be able to offer 5 PPE housing units. New openings on the facade as well as pleasant glass roofs on the roof have been created to provide the natural light necessary for the living rooms.
A path leads to the entrance to the building, and continues to the rear of the building allowing access to the common orchards and vegetable gardens area.

A 5-room apartment will be located on the ground floor, benefiting from two terraces and a private garden, as well as a cellar and two private outdoor parking spaces.
The first floor will distribute a 3-room apartment and another 4 rooms, both with their private cellar in the basement and a private outdoor parking space each.
On the top level there will be two 4-room apartments, under the attic, benefiting from pleasant glass roofs.
