"Les Cèdres" offers you the opportunity to build two unique, contemporary villas, perfectly located in a quiet, prime residential area on a plot of over 2,000 m2. Each villa benefits from a unique typology and its own plot of land for private and exclusive use. Located at the foot of the property of the painter Frédéric Rouge (1867-1950), this project has been developed in consultation with the historical monuments to respect the particularity, beauty and history of the site. Villas will benefit from the splendid park, which features a majestic cedar tree that has stood the test of time. Contemporary and atypical, each villa is built on one level and has 6.5 rooms. The building permit has been issued and work will start in summer 2024, as soon as the sale of the villas is completed. Delivery of the villas is scheduled for late 2025. The sale will take the form of a land share, i.e. the acquisition of the land together with a general contracting agreement with Link Architecture, the project designer and developer. This method of acquisition allows you to save on purchase costs
