CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS - CONSTRUCTIVE CAPACITY

4.1 In the village zone and in the extension zone, the constructive capacity of the land is limited in proportion to the surface area of the land classified in one or the other of these two zones.
4.2 In each of these zones, the maximum number of housing units is limited to one unit per tranche of:
- village area: 250 m2
- extension area: 400 m2
and the following rules apply:
- the fractions of tranches mentioned above do not give right to any constructive capacity;
however, in the village zone, land whose surface area, according to the cadastral state existing in
time of the public inquiry of these provisions, is less than 250 m2 may
receive housing;
- accommodations with less than three bedrooms count as half an accommodation.
