THE PROJECT

Designed by the renowned architect Pierre Ambrosetti and in progress with Construction Perret, this beautiful group of village buildings enjoys an exceptional location in Corsier-Port, a few steps from the lake.

Driven by a concern for ecology and permanent economy, the promoters of this project wanted the construction to be labeled MINERGIE P, with all the thermal and acoustic comforts that ensue for the inhabitants. Heat production will be provided by common gas boilers. The preheating of the water is ensured by the solar panels on the roof. The heat is distributed by coils on the ground and regulated by an external temperature sensor. The living room and each bedroom will be equipped with a thermostat. Ventilation is provided by a double flow system according to MINERGIE P.

The apartments PPE are available from 3 to 6 rooms, either duplex with ground garden or upstairs with terrace. The orientations have been well studied in order to bring a maximum of light. All lots are sold with one or two parking spaces in the basement. Visitor places are planned on the surface.
