The building in which this apartment is located is located a few meters from the lake and the southern part of the old town of Villeneuve.

Oriented to the West, this 4.5 room apartment on the 4th floor is close to all amenities and enjoys a sumptuous view. It is completely habitable as it is but could easily be refreshed (kitchen in particular) to make it a modern place to live in an ideal setting.

Passed the threshold of the front door, we find ourselves in the hall making the junction between on the left the bathroom and kitchen volumes, and on the right a large living room of about thirty square meters with fireplace, decorated with 'a balcony with a magnificent view of the port of Villeneuve, the lake and the Lavaux. At the end of the hall is access to a room facing east. Access to the other room on this level, facing west, is through the living room. It is again from the living room that one accesses an attic room upstairs, whose natural light is provided by a skylight.

Although a bit dated, the interior of this apartment is in very good condition. All the walls were repainted in early 2019. The original windows have been replaced as has the skylight in the upstairs room.
