Ayer is one of its most beautiful jewels, breathing the authentic charm of the Anniviard villages. Less than 10 minutes by car are enough to reach one of the valley's superb ski areas: Grimentz-Zinal and its 120 km of pistes culminating at 2900m, Saint-Luc-Chandolin (70 km of pistes) and Vercorin (15 minutes, 30 km of pistes). Sierre is 20 minutes away and Sion 30 minutes away.

In summer, many activities are possible such as hiking (320 km of trails), mountain biking, Via Ferrata, mountaineering, in the middle of the Imperial Crown and its five peaks over 4000 meters.
