Hostel with potential

Écoteaux is a locality and a former Swiss municipality in the canton of Vaud, located in the district of Lavaux-Oron

Its neighboring towns are Maracon and Palézieux. Ecoteaux is located only 20 minutes from Vevey and 30 minutes from Lausanne.

The building to date including:

- a café-restaurant (around 40 seats for the café and 60 seats for the dining room)
- a bar (about 30 seats) with an independent entrance.
- a 5-room official apartment
- an indoor swimming pool (currently disinfected) with an independent entrance.
- changing rooms for men and women
- different rooms such as infirmary room, relaxation room, health group and various technical rooms.
- a games room with bar and direct access to the outside
