Charming coffee shop near Ollon
This coffee shop is located 10 minutes from Ollon in a small bucolic village. The place is warm and friendly. the reputed cuisine is of good quality and authentic.
The cafe / bar holds 15 seats and the restaurant seats 25. In addition, for sunny days, a small terrace is right in front of the hotel and can accommodate about fifteen people.
The premises are well equipped and functional. However, some modifications and improvements will take place during the month of January 2020 to meet all current standards. These improvements will be supported by the owner of the walls. The kitchen (cooking fires) is fueled by gas (carboys).
In addition, a beautiful wine cellar, a commissary, sanitary and ancillary rooms are part of the restaurant. A function apartment of 4.5 rooms is available upstairs. The latter is rented at a price of CHF 1'250 .- / month including charges. The price of the rent of the restaurant is CHF 1'560 .- / month charges included. A new five-year lease (renewable) will be developed between owner and tenant.
A large public parking (for the clientele) of 50 places is in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant.
Commune: Once upon a time there was a small village, well protected by a beautiful forest and surrounded by fruit trees. Dominating the plain, spread out in front of the teeth of the -Midi, it is above Ollon in Chablais Vaudois. Located at an altitude of 900-950m, 160 inhabitants live there throughout the year. A dozen holidaymakers stay here, enjoying the serenity and beauty of the place.
This small establishment is charming and very friendly. It was completely redone in 2012 with warm materials (wood and stone) and is correlated with the charm of the region.
It allows a couple of restaurateur to flourish while living on site, so have a quality of life. Indeed, the establishment currently closes every Sunday evening as well as Mondays all day long and one month per year for the annual holidays.
