The interior of the 5½-room single-family home, built in 2001, received no less love than the exterior. Thanks to large windows facing south and west, the living and dining room with integrated kitchen creates a connection to the garden and sunlight. Rich wall colors, the wooden ceiling and a fire in the Swedish stove create a warm ambience. The three bedrooms and the daylight bathroom under the sloping ceilings on the upper floor are also spacious. Two of the rooms give you access to the west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun and the view of the forest. Another room with a private bathroom in the basement is a welcome refuge for a teenager or overnight guests.

You will find more than enough storage space in the attic of the house, in the basement and in the laundry room. With a brine-water heat pump, hot water preparation via solar thermal energy and a heat pump and the photovoltaic system installed in 2011, your energy-efficiently built home already meets the standard of sustainability. Your own electricity production enables you to feed it into the public grid (CHF 0.58/kWh, around CHF 4,400/year). The high-voltage lines on the neighboring meadow are so far away that the electromagnetic fields in the house and garden cannot be measured. The Swiss limits for this are among the strictest in this area in the world!
