The town of Anières consists of the village of Anières and two hamlets, Chevrens and Bassy, a large part of the buildings are protected. With a total area of 386 ha, it is bordered by two streams, Hermance and Nant-d'Aisy, and by Lake Geneva. The buildings mainly occupy the shore and the slopes facing west along the lake, where they sit alongside the vineyard. The rest of the town is mainly made up of cultivated areas.

As of December 31, 2019, 2,446 people live in the town of Anières.

It is served by the TPG E, E, NS lines.

Outside
