The Clos des Rosiers_Villa A

Clos des Rosiers is a project of houses with bright and sustainable architecture.

It consists of 2 residences of 4 semi-detached villas of approx. 210 m2 useful, with parking in the basement.

The volumes are pleasant, the feeling of space and the brightness are increased thanks to the presence of a patio on each level. This patio is green and benefits from large windows (gable) or glass roofs (central villas). Oval light wells, located on the loggias of the entrance and access to the parking, add light and character to the whole.

Responding to the THPE standard, this project incorporates excellent thermal performance envelopes, reinforced by the presence of the green interior patio that allows for solar gains in winter.

The villas, positive energy, will be equipped with photovoltaic panels on the roof. They will supply the electricity needed for the heat pump to cover 100% of the needs for the production of domestic hot water and heating. They will also help reduce your electricity consumption. A connection with the GIS will allow you to sell the unused kw or buy (the night in particular) the necessary kw.
