I was born 155 years ago, and history tells that at the time, I was a wine press.

My last family has renovated and pampered me for years, taking care to highlight my old character and charm, while giving me a youthful look! I am today a sweet mix between old and modern.

I have always had the chance to flourish in an exceptional setting: I live in a quiet environment surrounded by large terraces and a garden hidden from view, with a view that I never tire of! And that, it is not about to change, word of plank!

Now that the children have grown up, they have left the nest as they say. I wish I could again see the children grow up, hear them laugh and have fun, enjoy the garden, be the sweet cocoon of a family again.

Enough about me now, you!

Do you need more rooms for the whole family? Perfect, I have four! Not to mention the spaces to play or work. I even have a workshop for handymen or artists!

Looking for peace and quiet? Nobody passes me: no cottage, no house, no road. Ah! There are sometimes the animals of the forest who come to enjoy the field below my garden!

Do you want to live near schools and shops? With motor vehicles, you're in town in less than 10 minutes! And if you do not like driving, there is a train not far away, it is very convenient.
