Located on the north slope of the Pleiades without car access (or only in summer if it is dry) this small chalet spread over 3 levels will fill you with happiness.

Rebuilt in 1980 following a fire, it includes 4 triplex rooms and totals approximately 60m2 net (ground, upper floor, attic)

Ground floor: kitchen living room
Floor: 2 bedrooms
Attic: 1 large fitted room

An adjoining room to the north accommodates a woodshed, a separate toilet, and the techniques (solar installation and 12 batteries)
There is no bathroom in this chalet but it is possible to create one in this room.

Two plots 2889 and 254 are trapezoidal and quite elongated (North-South) are sold with the chalet.


Environment :
Pastures and forests; ski slope in winter. The “La Châ” ski lift passes next to the chalet
Presence of a high voltage line approximately 40 m away. to North-east ; apart from the visual aspect in contrast with the site, it has no real decisive impact.
