This construction will meet the standards of low-energy buildings.

Windows and French windows will be PVC with triple glazing.

Heat production will be provided by the combined gas with solar thermal panels and the distribution will be done by the ground.

All heated rooms in the villas will be independently regulated by room thermostats.

A group of photovoltaic panels dedicated to the production of electricity will be installed on the roof.

Each villa will have a system of individual counting of heating and hot water.
