Beautiful and large two-family chalet in Lally, Blonay, just a few meters from the Pleiades ski slopes and with road access open all year.
Also, possibility to take the train Vevey? The Pleiades.

Its location is ideal for the sunshine, the tranquility of the place, the possibilities for beautiful walks on foot, snowshoeing, and of course the skiing and cross-country skiing (the slopes are 400m). We are 300 m from the restaurant 1209, built in late 2017 and has the advantage of being open all year.

It is composed of 3 habitable levels with attic. It is currently arranged for a large 3-storey house, but we can without any problem have a second dwelling in the attic with separate entrance.

It was built in 1971 by the current owner, with companies from the region.

The heating are oil chaos (by floors), as well as the fireplace in the living room.

The roof covering was rebuilt in 2007.
The windows and the main entrance door were replaced in 2002.
