Longirod is a charming village of 476 inhabitants located on the Côte and at the foot of the Jura at 830 meters above sea level in the district of Nyon. Gland and Nyon are 15 kilometers away, Geneva and Lausanne 35 minutes via the A1 motorway.

The property offers an opportunity to create a beautiful maison de maitre, surrounded by a park. The old farmhouse is partially renovated. The transformations were interrupted in 2016 and it is now sold as is with the finishes to be completed at the option of the lessee.

The shell is finished. The new roof, exterior doors and windows, partitions, ceilings, part of the heating and sanitary piping, and most of the electrical system are installed.

Among other things, it remains to complete the installation of a
